Bingo! Clue 1 also refers to The Devil Wears Prada and The Simpsons, in which City of Blinding Lights is played as the character enters Paris. Clue 2 also refers to the fact that Versailles was in Civ 4, but not Civ 5. So it was possible to have more wonders than they ended up including
