They've hyped the reveal and urged people to spread the word to their friends. They probably want to sell the magazine by teasing and not giving away the information for free.

Well they'll probably leak to Teh Internets soon enough. Meanwhile, back to playing Civ IV and C&C Tiberian Sun which was released as freeware a while ago.
If not, just wait until the supposedly American magazine drops into subscribers' mail boxes. Things will quickly accelerate from there.

Scans are illegal. I know there is an internet culture of doing it anyway, but it's nevertheless illegal.

Civilization V will come for sure. Why would it not? It's still a good selling game and many would want a new civilization.

As for me... I am naturally skeptical... it comes from actually believing in politicians at one point in my life.
If its true, that's awesome. If its not, well, you've at least kept me marginally entertained for 30 minutes or so
I just find it funny that you spend more energy defending not proving it than the two seconds it would take to post a paraphrasing or provide some direct link that told you about the magazine doing this exclusive... which we could then translate for ourselves.

It's not that I believe that you're making it up, but indeed I'm careful about being all happy about it too soon. My current attitude about it is: Let's wait and see
