Yes, thats an official ANNOUNCEMENT, I am a member of the LAOD and have been so for quite awhile. That would be why my and their scores keep increasing at the same time. Quite obvious really. But then again the QC and it's underlings haven't even grasped the concept of alpabet yet, so no wonder they haven't realised

We did some trading while he was still filling out the application - the amount of paperwork involved in joining the LAoD is stupendous, and we haven't even discovered paper yet!!
