This is a reference sheet containing the original colour combinations of the Civs (and alt. leaders) that have been introduced in the New Frontier Pass.

Just an observation or two:
A golden opportunity to differentiate Elizabeth by using Red_LT as a primary went begging. Ref: Secondary colour of Dec's Ottoman first colour choice, it looks the same as the old maps of the british empire we used in geography classes growing up.
Bavaria's flag is blue and white lozenges or a blue and white horizontal bicolour. The shade of blue used in that flag is really close to the XP_Blue defined as a standard colour (see below). A shame it was not adopted for Ludwig.
One of the Egypts could have easily used light orange (in place of light yellow) to differentiate it further from the other Egypt in the Feb pack.

This is the completed image which has all 19 leaders left to right in the order that each pack was released. Each coloured button is shown top to bottom, top being their first choice, then alt1, alt2 etc.

This is an image of all of the predefined colours used in the jersey system. NB there's some colours that don't get used on the right side of the image.

Hopefully JPG compression doesn't mash up the RGB colour values too badly.
