A world wonder or a national wonder? Apparently some kind of fortification since it's a castle? I'd guess it's a national wonder that gives the city 100% extra bonus against all non-gunpowder units. Can be built in a city with an existing castle. Maybe gives +50% against gunpowder units too, to make it useful throughout the game?
