The download link for EUI Compatibility Mod (2/11) seems to be broken 
Edit: I'm confused. I think the download link for the CPP version of EUI work but points to the compatibility files while the download link that says it's for the compatibility files is broken.

Fixed. Also uploaded 2-16 version of CP to fix issue with first turn settlers not settling with just the CP active.

Not totally true but. You can run NON DLL mods on a mac, but CP is a dll mod so won't work on a mac.
Any way to use EUI with CBP but not CSD?
You can try it and see if it works? A lot of the code should, theoretically, work, but I can't guarantee that. Making permutations of EUI for 3+ versions of the CBP is an impossible task.

Which version? 2-16? No, but if you didn't have the settler problem, don't worry about upgrading right now.

Firstly, If I use EUI, I'll have to use ALL the first 4 mods, and the EUI compatibility mod?
Second, I'm playing a game using these mods (and Events and Decisions), and i can't seem to find paper for CSD missions. Should they be available on the map? Or can they only be acquired through buildings?
Third, I came across a bug in the previously mentioned game, where after I moved a unit, all written part was wiped blank. This includes the stuff in the "Menu", and also "Save" and "Load". I'll screenshot it if I am not clear with what I am trying to say (if it happens again).
Lastly, all the new things added, like Paper, Well and The Celestial Throne, don't seem to display pictures. They appear as 4 squares, 2 red and 2 white.
Aside from these, the mods are great (although I have only played about 80 turns with these).
My only complaint would be earlier I could choose both Tithe and Religious Texts when founding a religion, but now I can't.

When you installed the mods, did you delete all the files in your cache and moduserdata files?
Paper is not found on the map - it comes from buildings like the Chancery and Wire Service.

Yes, delete everything in both folders. Doing so resets the game's file cache, which can cause problems if not cleared when loading new mods.
Edit: those folders can be found in your documents/my games/civ 5 install.

Do you own all of the leader DLC and both expansions? Are you running the latest version of civ?

Yes, I own all leader DLC and both expansions. I currently run 1.0.3.144
