I believe in general he tends not to comment on any ideas too much because he knows what he wants to do, and even though he will read our ideas, it is VERY unlikely that we will sway him one way or another from his intentions.


HOWEVER, being an open-minded/reasoning individual, he doesn't come out and say "I won't do that!" right off the bat because the longer he lets you think and ponder and discuss, the better the chances are that you happen to come up with an idea that he WILL like.

So basically, there is no point in bursting every balloon as soon as he sees it, because he runs the carnival and knows that we'll walk away smiling no matter what

Good point, I'll add that to the list ( defender/recon units not being able to attack cities... except elves and assassins)

I'll admit that I do enjoy using elven rangers (dark and wood ones) to run amok in my forests picking off intruders and it makes sense. But I think that these races get enough bonuses (elven race and the svartalfar lodge) to nerf other races' recon units non-attack ones unfair.

Unga Bunga the cave man warrior wasn't an expert swordsman (or a hygienic one at that ) he was just some dude with a bow and arrow or a spear he learned how to use while sticking it to the mammoth.
