Continental rally Points

Where have they gone?

I'm on PTW and dont seem to have them, (unless I am dumb and it is only avail on vanilla Civ3) I am having to do a Rally point for each city and wasting my time enormously. Budding Civ3 player friend has borrowed my book to learn the ropes, so I can't check it there!

Don't u just have to right click on the city to set a rally point? Maybe they brought it back in Conquests.

Yeah, just right click on the city and select "Set Continental Rally Point";

I believe they are in PTW - if they were in Vanilla civ like you say, they would almost definately be in PTW. Why would they take out a feature?

Continental rally points aren't in PTW, someone set me straight, plz put me out of my misery!
