Alright, well, I apologize for more or less just letting this sit. I had a bit more on my plate than expected, and my computer has recently decided to randomly overheat while I'm working.

I'm probably getting a new computer within the next few weeks, after which time I will be able to run this without my device overheating all the time.

So, in brief, elections happen, Mafia tries to burn down half the city, the mayor makes a solution to that, one guy doesn't like the solution so he seals off a sizeable portion of the city, more fires and terrorists, half the council gets arrested and then EVERY SINGLE PC DIES.
