Crashing 10.1, 10.2

In both 10.1 and 10.2 I've experienced a highly repeatable CTD after pushing end turn. Playing 10.1 it occurred around turn 175 and I couldn't get past it. With 10.2 it occured about turn 235 or so. I've reloaded 3 times, changed a few moves, but get the same crash on turn end when one of the civs does a DOW on me.

I'm posting here as I don't find any evidense of crashes when looking at the vanilla bug report forum.

I have the save game file just prior to turn end if that would be helpful.

Mods include CivWillard, Custom Notifications, InfoAddict, ModList, CSD25, VEM102 and RED11.

tried, but I got an error about lack of a security token???. In addition, the file size is 18MB where the limit on zip files is 10MB, probably due to RED.
