To Russia and The European Union:
This has nothing to with whether we give you details of our miltary operations or not. China have nothing to hide, and welcomes everyone to check out for them selves, but for the sake of peace, do ask in advance. When you look over ones shoulder you can make the feeling that you suspect the somebody in any way. Some times you have good reasons for your suspicion, the other times not. And those not's are very important. We need to trust each other, an agreement can not be reached by only one side agreeing. Despite the fact that we sent one of our best diplomats over to Russia and told them that should not feel our operations as act of agression poited towards them, they sent over a spyplane to check out for them selves. Now what message does that give? Our operations where only to secure our borders and fight militant terrorists and we will not tolerate such acts in the future, I hope that I am making myself very clear on this matter. Do not violate our suvereignity.
But by all means, send in an AWACS or whatever plane it should be, just ask in advance, or at least tell us about it. We had to find the plane our selves. This was without doubt a violation of interational laws, this was spying.
To the UN security council:
About the Taliban-matter, this proposal has already been vetoed by the Russians, and is dead. Am I correct?
