Python exception when getting TC conquerors as France in SVN 579. The free galleon you're supposed to get didn't spawn with the rest of the stack.

Hi, I disabled python exception so I can play but, again I've noticed the scoreboard vanishing, all I know is that the problem come from "Group Vassals" in the BUG Mod Options, the scoreboard displays normally when I uncheck it.

One more thing, I can't remember in previous versions, but here I can't see my entire objectives status if the text is too long :

I can't know how many % of land I have in NA, and I can't know the final world wonder I need to build (well I know it's the Eiffel Tower, but just because of the previous versions).

Which revision are you on? The scoreboard problem should be fixed by now.

In general, if Python exceptions are happening so often that you have to disable them to play, the error is so significant that you probably shouldn't be playing anyway.

Out of interest, what screen resolution do you use? This looks very unusual. But I can move the North America entry into a second row.
 
Playing as India on revision 579, the 2 independent cities (Varanasi and Indraprastha) won't flip to me for some reason. Is this intentional or is something wrong here?

EDIT: I didn't get the 2 starting workers either, and Taoism is founded on turn 60! I haven't been playing DoC for a long time but man, the world is all different now!

EDIT: Well, I loaded the game again and everything's fine now.:confused:

When I get a pyhton exception the window pops infinitely when I click "OK" most of time, so I just disabled it.

I'm playing with a 1920x1080 resolution (windowed).

To check what revision you are using, right click on the mod folder and choose SVN-Show Log. The bolded line shows the revision you're on.

Some weird errors happened here - Babylon died and then respawned during the autoplay turns - with several Lions in their new army.

All I can say is that when new units are given in certain events (conquerors, resurrections and so on), the unit type is now determined dynamically instead of the previous hardcoded method. Somehow this results in lions in certain situations, not sure how yet.

Could it be that it's based on, in part, the most common unit types present on the map at the time?
 
Yeah, it's the best unit your techs allow. But usually you should default to Warriors in case you cannot build any other unit so that doesn't explain the Lions.

Mass lions and use Prussia's UP to turn fully upgraded savage lions into humans!
