AFRICAN ORDERS
- Establish trade route with Rome
- continue Wonder University of Carthage [2/6]
- increase economy by establishing a trade outpost on Malta. 85 of my ships will bring goods to malta and protect the island from pirates.
- The newly conquered land in the west will be distributed among my soldiers. As soon as they retire they are allowed to build farms there. Soldiers who proved to be very brave in battle will receive larger patches of land. This should raise the motivation of my army.

Military Orders
- 25.000 Soldiers expand eastwards. If there should be any trouble in the homeland they are ordered to return immediately!
- 50.000 Soldiers attack the Berber! For the decisive battle they shall be seperated into a small group of 5.000 Soldiers and a big group of 45.000 Soldiers. The African Generals have devised a great 4-Step-plan for this battle. The big group will hide itself, while the small group will penetrate into Berber territory.

After the warriors of the Berbers are defeated we'll give the rest of them the alternative to join the african empire peacefully, or be annexed by force.

Increase Economy

Have 150k troops poor into the Kingdom of Wei, from Wuhave them bring large supplies of food to distribute to the population, also bring some luxury goods to give to the population to show them the wealth of Wu, and to bring back the glory of the Han Dynasty.

My navy is to patrol the Chang Jiang, and defend there and not venture out of the river.

The other troops are to defend the Wu Homeland.

I've said before, once a week on weekends. I only get home at 5:30 and I go to bed at 10:00 -- with homework and dinner and parents, that doesn't leave much (read: any) time for NES.

Upon hearing of the rout on the Crimea, the general assumed that it would be wiser to reinforce the position there than to further lengthen the front, and I must say that I agree with him.

The Emperor has ordered his Generals to create a plan to recapture the Crimea.

It appears that the remaining forces in the Crimean peninsula will launch a counteroffensive against the Ostrogoths.

But there is some doubt across the Empire whether or not the soldiers can handle three fronts.

We are in God's favor, so hopefully we can beat the odds...
