I think that's a reasonable idea. It means players and civs can comment on events freely, without having to be concerned about where the turn is currently located.

No, each player would only be recognized as having only his first nation, besides, you do not send your 2nd turn to yourself so it doesn't need to know about it.

As in other mult-civ tracker games we are playing this only stalls when one of the player FIRST nations no longer exists! Then the tracker has no clue what this 2nd leader is and will not take it.

The admin will have to remove the dead civ and add the new nation.

If your 4th or 5th civ is eliminated etc. it will have no effect on the tracker because its not "calling" for those civs
