The suggestion of using Axis as part of our name was the same as the original Axis before and during WWII, that the world would revolve around the Axis (only it'd be that of the Americas), but without the rascist or even fascist values oc. ^_^ But PAP/PAN it is then. Seems kinda bread-oriented tho ;P hehee

It was a joke :'D (implying defenseless with 'motorboats') Some of the archipelagos and smaller 1c countries don't seem to have meaningful militaries.
Anyway I admire your principles, especially because I know you'd do it for bigger nations as well (I'd only do it for defenseless nations and in some cases bigger nations).
