We are deeply dishonored by your statement claiming you are the "only global superpower" the Japanese people's dislike for America has grown significantly after these words.. While the government's views on your nation have went down as well.

Only nations willing to look upon the global scale deserve that term.

It seems that you have bound yourself to two nations in alliance.

America has no more say in the affairs of the world. Stick to your continent, and we will stick to ours.

We recognize your claim to Saudi Arabia. For too long have the corrupt kings of the Saudi regime held the world hostage with its weaponized oil. We hope the UIR will usher in a new Age of Oil.

We recognize your claim to the Marinas Islands. Also, do we still have an agreement on a defense pact?

To Indonesia
From Austral Union

We politely ask that you renounce any protection of or claim over Papua New Guinea.

To: the Austral Union

We refuse to renounce our protection over Papua New Guinea. Any act of aggression by you against them will be treated as an act of aggression against us.

Good job. I hope to see a new Indian Satelite soon in the beautiful sky.

From the United States of America

We are sorry to say, that within the eyes of the United States that your invasion of Belarus is considered illegal through the violation of international protocol. Without causus belli, we cannot justify your actions in the eyes of our people. We cannot recognize Belarus as part of the Russian Federation.

To China
From the United States of America

We would be glad to, but then WHO would be the arbitor of peace? In addition, I would ask for a declaration of war and a causus belli for any invasion of Myanmar in accordance to international protocol.

To Republic of Indonesia
From the United States of America

Good Job on the debt reduction! You have achieved what we couldn't for nearly a generation. We would be glad to relocate this months convention to Jakarta, as Tokeyo is no longer a place to move the discussion without cries of hypocritical politics (and attempting to ask one of them to unlock the restrooms within the convention center has failed so far.)

To the Republic of Brazil
From the United States of America

Good job on your hard work! The Brazilian people are to have a much prosperous future with this action and management.

To Argentina, South Africa, UIR
From the United States of America

We are still waiting for official statements from your Foreign or State departments of your local conflicts. We do not impose anything, just that normal international protocols are to be still followed.

For the protocol of Declaring War before ban of such by the once and still defunct United Nations. Therefore, its use as a regulator in international opinion has returned.

EDIT;

We have no say in the affairs of the world??? What of our own patch of the world? What of you and your own? We all share the same planet, the same air, the same world. We all have say in the affair of our only world. If everyone will sign an agreement to stay withing their own continent, we will follow it. EVERYONE, with a united declaration of war on those who break it. Otherwise, there is no one to preserve the peace: no UN, no League of Nations, no Hyperpower. Whether we be the lone arbiter, or as one of many. But an Aribiter of Justice we will be.

We will not attend any meeting in Jakarta. Please host it some where that is actually not controversial, perhaps try Europe.

We're South Africa, we naturally assumed all nations in Africa South of the equator were theoretically South African. We will rectify this problem immediately

The last part of the update is up. Go read it.

Now, to answer questions

@ Toteone: Here are the answers to your questions. No. Most likely, yes. That's correct. No. No, read the rules. No, read the rules. No.

@ Omega: Mexico City wasn't in the update, but it was carried out. As for the immigration stuff, it didn't need mentioning.

@ All: Feel free to make the UN...then watch me destroy it.

Of course, we only take volunteers, so if EF volunteers a city, we can go there next month. Really, I am not the only voice here.

Mexican-American Pact

The world is filled with corrupt, ineffecent so-called "democracies" and "worker's paradises". The world is also filled with rampart imperalists who will trample on everyone for a quick cash raise.

The United States of America and the United Mexican States decided enough is enough. We have signed a joint defensive alliance, so that our two bevolent republics will stand for freedom and justice without fear of counter attacks. We also announce the start of joint military cooperation, thought America reserved the right to announce any breakthroughs in our talkings.

OOC: Now that we're in an alliance, Terrance, I think you should start saying my nation right. :p

You may ask for a declaration and demand that we adhere to your western protocols for international arbitration, but China will not bend. You and your allies have tried for too long to control the affairs of the great people of China. Now, as your power diminishes and our own grows, you hope to hold on to that last shred of influence, clinging to the defunct and biased body of corrupt power brokers that you call the United Nations to legitimize your claims.

What China must do to secure her own borders and people is of no concern to the United States unless the United States is directly effected.

Confirmed. May the United States of America and the United Mexican States stand united.

To China

We are sorry to inform you that recent actions have stemmed exports from Myamar. The cost to buy bulk goods has raised by this news. It seems that it has affected us.

Oh, and if you do not declare war, it just means that we can't recognize your gains. You might not see the use of such, but that is also a protocol of politics of which you refuse to understand. We respect your culture and status, but every exchange must be two sided, for an Indian gift can not be kept forever.

To South Africa

If you can guarantee the safety and prosperity of your new citizens with unity, then we have no probems with such and recognize your gains in Botswanna.

To Russia
From China

Your recent buildup of forces along our shared border is, well, a bit surprising. China has shown no hostility towards the Russian people, nor do we anticipate such trouble arising. On the contrary, China considers Moscow to be a potential partner in foreign affairs, seeing how our own goals may very well be in tandem.

To that end, if Russia will dismantle her capabilities along the border, China will pledge to not engage in any buildup as well to avoid a potential costly arms race.

To express our commitment to Sino-Russian relations, we offer to sign a Pact of Non-Aggression with the Russian Federation. May this be a starting point for more serious agreements in the future.

Austral-Japanese Defense Pact

The people of Japan and the Austral Union are proud to announce a Defense Pact. If one of our nations is attacked by a foreign power, we will come the the aid of each other. This pact can only be activated in a conflict in which we are not the aggressors.
