Just another question about the election process. When exactly do the steps begin, because there is a difference between GMT, EST,PST, and all the other time zones that our players live in.

Everything is timed to GMT. That is EST +5.

When it's 12:00 in England (The GMT part) it's 7:00 on the US Eastern Shore.
