What do you call a Country where the military and leader is under the authority of The Alliances it participates, in The elections it does preform the prefered candidates are chosen by a handful of Foreign Familys who hold wealth and influence in many nations but call none of them home?

In the link i have provided there is an article and in that article there is a video that video records an event what effect do you expect that it will have on the nation that it is happening to if any and if it has an effect how would you surmise that nation would change?

What he said was that the legal basis of military actions were self defense, at the invitation of the government of the nation that the action takes place in, or by international agreement. He should have added a declaration of war by Congress. However what he said was technically correct outside of a declaration of war by Congress. In short, he said that he follows the laws that Congress has ordered him to follow. Congress can always change those laws. But until or unless Congress changes the law, what he said is the law.

American law. No foreigners involved.
