Definitive 'primarily known for one song' band?

Norway shouldn't feel left out:

They're Swedish. So very much modern popular music kind of is, if one scratches...

The media phenomenon Henrik Schyffert decided he might as well try to become a rockstar as well, with his at the time GF Cia Berg as singer, and as producer dude, Gordon Cyrus, who actually knew something about music for this project. They did not achieve interstellar fame, even if his mates at MTV in London gave them all the air-time they could on the channel. So Schyffert instead put all his efforts into THE Comedy group of the 1990's in Sweden, which he had taken the initiative to form (where everyone else was far more talented than him, which was 100% deliberate) who defined the 1990's and Gen-Xers there.

Yeah but the Soft Cell version slaps.

And since the Manson Cover draws from the Soft Cell cover, it makes the Manson cover a cover of a cover

There was that chick who had that "Look what you made me do" song, or whatever it was.
