Hello members of the Council,

We are please to meet your acquintance and we've sent our envoy Alessandra Ambrosio to see if we can set up a meeting on IM. This is our envoy to the Council.

We'd like to discuss our futures together. Emp. Killyouall is a bit tied up these days as you may have read however BCLG, Robi D or Whomp cover most every time zone so we're flexible on times.

Of course, we recognize that there is iron behind the smiling faces of
your lovely ambassadors, and we fully expect the mighty armies of the
BABES to march forth in due time. Therefore, it obviously becomes us
to see if we can make ourselves a less appealing target and more
appealing friend.
Therefore, we'd like to explore options for peace.

You currently don't have any knowledge we lack, but would you be
interested in purchasing some of our tech? We're open to any fair
suggestion if the idea of trading gold for tech appeals to you at all?
Let us know.

We would of course also ask your curragh not to sail further along our
coasts*. While your babes people are always welcome in our
lands, our people are somewhat reclusive and we must keep our cool
mysterious image. Surely you appreciate the value of such map
knowledge, and understand why we wish for it to remain a secret for
now.

* By our coasts we of course mean not only our cultural waters, but
any coastal/sea tiles around our main landmass.

dear bureaucrats of the Council,

We realize that the life of a councilman is lock-step with losing touch with reality. So therefore we propose that we become disagreeable neighbors as we fully intend to not send you any money for techs and will fully probe any waters we see fit. If the council sees fit to send some gold or techs our way, then we will not share coastal information with another team that is pretending to be your friend until they attack.

Are they actually serious. They forbid us sail through tiles that arn't even within their borders, who are these people.

I vote we send them 20MW's, that should give them a jolt back to reality

Yes they are serious. People actually think that they have the right to claim tiles and treat it as border encroachment if the world is either island or continents. If they would have jsut asked us to not explore in their cultural boundries, I would have been fine with that. But since they are feeling almighty, I would argue that we should declare war and send boats to block high food coast tiles.

I fear we might need Knight to deal with them. But the current coop with GONG might speed up the availability of them so by the time we have finished the excursion into SABER territory we should have them.

Knights are an optional tech and are costly to build so their is a good chance of them skipping it, but that for a later discussion we still have saber to deal with first.

As for their demands they are the second most ridiculous i have ever seen.
First place still goes to donsig demanding 1gpt from the doughnuts to end war they were losing.

Hmmm, makes me think donsig might be having a fair bit of influence over there

Captures my feelings quite well but since its a tad provocative it might be worth waiting for a few more opinions.

Evenif I might not be the most silver tongued diplomat I do agree this might be regarded as a bit provocative. I think we might want to keep the stoplight off from us for as long as possible. When we attack SABER I am sure we will be viewed in a different light anyway, let's not provoke a change in attitude this early.

We find your offer of peace heartwarming however we find your demand regarding your coastal waters provocative and discouraging for our future.
Our vessels do not carry military personnel so come purely with peaceful intentions. If you do not agree to let us pass through we will consider this a dire breach in our relationship.
