Now that stats are up, I'm curious - shouldn't my project be at 2/5, not 1/5 as I put 3 EP into the first turn, or did that shorten total turns?

@shortguy, in response to your PM: you can't send half an EP, so i took that half away from growing army and put it towards the project. 2 EP into the project gave 1.5 turns of growth and completed it.
