One​

The Greater Sultanate of Indon and the Federated States of Malaya henceforward known as the signatory nations by this treaty testify and committ to a perpetual friendship and co-operation of our two nations.

Two​

The signatory nations of this treaty committ themselves to a non-aggression pact and a treaty of mutual military defense against all parties wether internal or external.

Three​

The signatory nations committ themselves to better trade links by extending a committment to favoured trading conditions with lower tarriffs and better protection given to all treaty bound trading vessels.

Four​

The signatory nations committ themselves to assitance in all matters technological

Five​

The Federated Malay States committs itself to lending its beuracratic knowledge to the Greater Sultanate of Indon in assisting the latter signatory nation in achieving modernisation targets.

Six​

A Unified Command for naval affairs will be set up on Kalminatan/Borneo island with the effect of assisting both parties in their mutual defense in all matters naval.

One could say that Plan A was developed first, and that PLan B involved some sort of addition or change distinguishing it fromthe original plan (Plan A) and that the change was based on Panda acting agreeably. Thus, without that condition being met, one could conceivably return to Plan A.

Rothschild is a German-Jewish name, so, unless the Prince of Hanover is Jewish (highly unlikely), it's probably not okay.

OOC: It's not really in your hands anymore though. So, hopefully (and unfortunately) for them, Dis will NPC them with somewhat sensible or humanitarian at the helm. It makes no real difference either way though; there won't be a Courland-Lithuania when it's said and done regardless.
