Most Magnificent Majesty. Our request is as follows: May we return to our homeland and resume governance there as we used to in the past. Tragic events forced us away, but we would like to return.
As we realize the time and effort invested into our homeland by Your Royal Majesty, we are of course prepared to offer Your Royal Majesty massive concessions.
If Your Royal Majesty should look favorably upon our request, we will compensate Your Royal Majesty with the sum of two million English Pounds (2EP) upon agreement as well as the sum of one million English Pounds (1 EP) every year for the ten following years.
In addition to this we will allow Your Royal Majesty's merchants sole trading rights to our nation, allow Your Royal Majesty's Navy full docking rights in our port, allow Your Royal Majesty's Army the right to set up bases in our lands and we would give Your Royal Majesty a copy of our maps detailing many islands unknown to Your Royal Majesty's captains in the area around Neva Sinhala.
Finally, we would build a massive statue in Colombo to commemorate the actions of Your Royal Majesty, King Edward VII the Benevolent.

We wish to issue the desire of establishing a generally liberal amount of free trade amongst the Holy Roman Empire and the Principalities. This will of course result in the lifting of tariffs between our respective provinces and disavowing any normal restrictions. It is hoped that such a move will of course bring economical prosperity but also an ability to integrate our respective economies together within our Union thus providing a much more solid and stronger relationship.
