Still in vacation mode, so I made a silly mistake.
Anyway, I don't think Ruff's suggestion is better than the original yellow dot, so I settled Turfan where it was.
It has the same production capability, plus it pull in the silk. But, in retrospect, I think we should have settled closer to the capitol, since there is no way we are going to grow to size 21 in the capitol, so we might as well settle closer so that new cities can use the resources in the BFC of Karakorum. Should consider that for the next city.

That's right, after getting HBR:
I chose writing instead of archery (didn't realize we don't have archery until I was wondering why we can't produce Keshiks). That was rectified in my last turn, but we lose 4 turns of keshiks production. Fortunately, I have not whipped any city, so next player can feel free to whip a stack of keshiks.
