Dreams, what have you dreamed about to prove your insanity?

I'm revising for exams, so mostly I dream about differentiation, integration, operators, transformations, and other algebra related crap that absolutely does my head in

I hit my sister today for waving her hand too close to my face. Does that answer your question?

Nice! :goodjob:

Just making sure ;)

problem is, usually i dont even remeber them upon waking up, nevermind in five minutes.

I had a dream that was a combination of the Olympics, Science Fair and Amusement Park.

Apparently, the polish distance runners came to my booth. :crazyeye:

And I have these dreams about me playing th ebass clarinet. But, I play trombone. :crazyeye:

I had a dream where I was in a computer RPG where I was trying some clothes on but they didn't fit, so I changed my character (which was kinda cool). I could also see my 'stats'.

I also dreamt once that I was the ruler of the world and I had a large touchscreen on my wall that showed the map of the world. Anywhere I touch on it would explode.

oooh, that would be a fun dream

Wouldn't it be nice if we could "buy" dreams :)

That's mean.

My most disturbing dreams are usually about losing all of my teeth or having them fall apart after eating something. My teeth are actually fine and I don't have any cavities but it seems so weird. I wonder if these dreams hold any meaning.

The worst nightmare I had occurred after watching the dissapointing film 28 Days Later. In my dream I was dressed in a military uniform holding a rifle and standing in an alleyway near my house. No one else was around but a horde of zombies start approaching from one end of the alley. I start shooting my rifle and miss. When I try to run, I can barely move... like my legs had iron boots on them. The zombies were getting close but then I woke up. I never actually found the film scary though so I'm not sure if it triggered the nightmare.

A strange phenomenon happens to me always, I dream, and when I remember the dream, in the first minutes since I wake up I know it all, then I forget the beggining and in 1 hour I forget it all, except the subject. I remember dreaming something really silly about SuperMan, the White House, and Taj Mahal.

Why do dreams slip from our memory so easily? Seems only repeating them to someone gives them some "life" but even then, its only in the memory of telling someone.

I've had hundreds of odd dreams, but heres a recent one:
I imagined I was walking down this sunny plaza with some of my friends and we went into this mid-sized building. We sat down on some folding seats and I started to watch the musical. It was "NINJAS, THE MUSICAL!"

Then I woke up after watching it for a bit.

I read somewhere that that's a really common recurring nightmare, like falling or being naked in public.

I don't know, but I tested it, and if I don't tell it to someone immediately after I wake up I will SURELY forget it very very soon. Even if I start telling it when I get up I might not remember the beggining. And I realise there's a mixture of characters in dreams. Characters that become other characters without any warning and strange feeling. It's simply someone else replacing someone.

I often wonder if I still dream even though I don't remember them. I mean, if I don't remember it, what makes me think anything happened? I'm sure there's a deep philosophical conundrum in there somewhere.

Crosspost with the last 2 posts.

I never had a dream of being naked and feeling embarassed. But I dreamed numerous times of being in a Harem (and being naked there).

I always have a strange dream, that always occurs when I'm half asleep half awake. For some reason, after a short introduction, someone punches me. Then I jump back, or try to avoid the punch, or get it and my head moves very fast, I get up exactly that moment, and I don't realise if I moved my head in real life as a reaction to the dream or if I moved it only in the dream. It happens very often.
