DRM's?

Get over it, they are just trying to protect their product.
They will protect it. It will be perfectly protected on the shelf in the glass case if it causes a bunch of headaches. I prefer to buy my games & support the folks who make them, but if it is a choice between playing honest & dicking up my PC at the same time or pirating.............. well, ahoy mate, up the irons & the Jolly Roger.
 
DRM is a blessing and a curse I guess...

blessing for the companies that make the games...curse for the gamers that cant install it multiply times on different computers...or if their main computer goes hay-wire then has to install it again...

That's the reason why I am reluctant to buy any newer games is because of this. You're basicly dishing out money just to rent the game, not own it.
 
That's just a technicality though.

It's not like a random company representative is going to bust down my door and confiscate my CD just because I installed a game more than 3 times already on my PC and once on my laptop.

You have never owned a game only a licence to use it.

Downloading games through an Internet portal sounds better and better...
