Pachacuti 23+1=24 - While I hated having my wonders stolen by him and being backstabed by him in every game including him, I'd like to see the Incan Empire to make a return, and Pachacuti is the best leader choice for the Incas. He just needs a voice actor that doesn't have annoying childish voice, and I'll be okay with his inclusion.

Genghis Khan (18+1)=19 Scythians aren't Asian in the sense as the Mongols are (they are White Indo-Europeans). Scythia are early horseriders, while Mongols are Medieval. Genghis being a Great General means nothing and can be easily changed. Ask the typical Civ fan about Civ6 lineup, and they will probably ask "Where are the Mongols?!".
