Empire in Arms is a Board game for 7 players starting in 1805 and finishing in 1805, simulating the Napoleonic age. Each nation has advantages and disadvantages making possible for any nation to win. France has the better army and Great Britain has the better Navy, but both of them need more Victory Points to win than other nations, who are militarly weaker.
