United States of America

With the liberation of Mexico complete, President Tomphson has released the treaty. Mexico has agreed, and here are the new borders of the nations and the treaty itself.

Spoiler Treaty :

Treaty of Surrender of the Empire of Mexico​

The Empire of Mexico hereby agrees:

1
That they shall no longer have a navy of over 5 Vessels, or an Army of over 10 Divisions.

That at any time American inspectors shall be allowed entry to Mexico to make sure this agreement is being kept.

That the Empire of Mexico shall surrender lands to the United States, to be determined by the United States and the United States only, without complaint.

That any violation of this treaty on the Empire's part is tantamount to a declaration of war.

That the Empire of Mexico shall reform to become a democratic government, under the oversight of the United States.

President Tomphson has also announced the continued integration of Hawi'i.

Not only that, but the former Mexican lands are declared states in their own rights. They must hold constitutional conventions to be able to fully join the Union, but it is not expected to take long.

He has also announced that the casualties of the liberation of Mexico were relatively light, and that they are not expected to take long to rebuild. He does ask that all citizens hold a vigil for the brave souls that were lost in the Liberation.

Also, the United States of America offers all nations of Central America, and Mexico, membership in a Americas Freedom Leauge. (AFL)

The USA also requires Mexico to call a Constitutional Convention within the next year. Representatives must be elected from each territory, and an equal number must come from both. The following provisions MUST be included in the Constitution of the Republic of Mexico-

1. Bill of Rights, with all the rights of the American version as well as any more the convention sees fit to add.
2. Anyone is eligible to vote. This includes women, minorities, etc. The only ones not eligible are non-citizens.
3. Citizenship laws similar to or the same as those of the United States.

Germany, because it has never been a republic, asks the USA if they agree to let Germany to use this as a base for the new german Constitution.
