Strelkov Corporations' orders

1. Attempt to get people (20 mercinaries who should apear as normal citizens rather than employees of the corporations) into the police department. They should try to be the ones to respond to calls made on the crimes committed below, and if possible without suspision, make it look as though the criminals had gotten away. If forced to make an arrest to keep cover, make it look like they were overpowered on the way to jail. If caught, they should after considerable resistance, say they are part of a gang known as the Brutes. They should also say that this gang is from Jasonville and that they are looking to expand.

2. Put 25 mercinaries (in plain cloths and concealed weapons) on the streets of Haserin, to scout out the cities defences. They are also responsible for going into local buisnesses and demanding protection money. If caught, they should after considerable resistance, say they are part of a gang known as the Brutes. They should also say that this gang is from Jasonville and that they are looking to expand.

3. Report 2 trucks stolen from the rental yard. Move these 2 trucks to the to the west side of the city. Some time later, loaded with 20 mercenaries, they should drive into the city as though they came from Jasonville. Stopping at the first bank, 2 mercenaries should climb out and cut the power, while 10 of them stick up the bank. Force the employees to step against the wall. 3 mercenaries go behind the counter and collect the money, while 7 others stand around looking menacing, and killing anyone who resists. The mercinaries left should should stand on either end of the street shooting at policemen if they come. Meanwhile, the people I have in the police should try to recieve the alarm from the bank and delay telling anybody for atleast 5 minutes. Then, they should delay the cops as much as possible without being to obvious(crash into somthing blocking the road, if nobody is looking, puncture some tires, get lost, ect.).
The robbers should escape towards Jasonville, but turn of and out of site of the road after a couple of miles. If caught, they should after considerable resistance, say they are part of a gang known as the Brutes. They should also say that this gang is from Jasonville and that they are looking to expand.

4. After the robbery takes place, and some buisnesses get trashed from the "protectors", the Strelkov Corporations should publicly offer to assist the police in patrolling the streets and keeping the peace, Say that we have better equipment and technology, and that we are willing to use it to help in the protection of this wonderful town. 35 paramillitary should now patrol the streets if the police agrees. If forced to deal with our own men, they should use blanks. If this happens, our "criminals" should drop the money they have taken, and run after a good "firefight". Then, our "peace-keepers" should return the money to the owner. In the case that any other criminals are aprehended, use real force.

5. Continue renting out the 18 trucks.

6. Open a bodygaurd firm. Offer services to local polititians and rich locals. This firm "employs" 65 maramillitaries.

20 farmers and the rest of the mercenaries will use the last 2 trucks and 50 bucks to convince neighboring farms and businesses to join the organization and sell to our community pool, where we export from. we will use money for fertilizer and brochers as well as small local projects. If a community refuses to join, mercenaries will pose as government officials demanding more tax money from various locals there, then killing them if they refuse.

Our Balloon will continue to monitor the road. We now will only stop TRUCKS. Again, force them into farmering, but getting some trucks is the most important thing.

Our farmers, will farm, and sell.

Our 25 Mercs will get involved in robberies in both Huslau and Freeport. They will strike on the same night, targetting multiple jewelers. The targets will all be low in stature, the first, harder robbery being higher profile, them moving to cheaper jewlery shops before escaping into the jungle. By targetting poor jewelers we hope to be able to strike mutiple places in one night.

Our farmers will encourage other locals to join up.

2. Infiltrate the local newspaper. Continuesly try to print positive propoganda about Strelkov Corporations.

3. Report 4 more trucks stolen. Spread the word on the street that the leader of the Brutes is relocating to Haserin on a specific date. Once the rumor was sure to reach the government send the 2 trucks reported missing last turn filled with explosives down the road from Jasonville making it look like it is the leaders transport. Once the enough police or after it, drive up the government building. Meanwhile, 50 mercinaries should get into possition(consealed in nearby buildings). The drivers will be arrested. The mercinaries should open fire on the policemen. At this time, if infiltration of the police force worked, 2 of the infiltrators should free the drivers and flee. Use a remote control to blow the trucks. This should blow the police and part of the government building away. Quickly, the mercinaries should move in, taking advantage of the distraction. They are to kill all the remaining policemen as they are still recovering from the blast. After that, they should charge into the building. There, they take expensive/important hostages and clean out any safes they can find. At this time the 4 other trucks should pull-in. The mercinaries, their loot, and their hostages, should split and head out of town if possible. If they can make it out of town, than turn off the road as soon as possible. If they can't make it out of town, they should turn into narrow alleys or do anything to be able to leave their persuers behind. If conered, say that they have the mayor or some other important person as hostage, and that they will kill somebody every minute they are being presued. Everybody, if caught, should stick to the legend that they belong to the Brutes gang.

4. The newspapers(infiltrated) should make a big deal about the bombing and massacre at the government building. They should say that had the government accepted the strelkov Corporation's offer to help patrol the streets(last turn) this would not have happened. Also, make it public that many of the governmental staff are now held hostage.

5. Send a ransom note for the hostages. Demand no less than 500 per person, depending on their importants.

6. Continue to promote the established bodygaurd firm(est. last turn). 65 paramillitary. The rich and powerfull should be scared like hell after the attack in #4 no matter what the outcome. They should pay.

7. Keep renting out the 14 trucks left.

-1,000 credits on another fishing boat.

-Continue using our fishing boats to fish and selling our fish at the market and at the restaurant. One of the fishing ships should sell it's goods in Citana, the other in Freeport across the channel. Trucks should again be used for transporting our food.

-Continue to have our militia go against the gangs in Citana in secret. If things get too violent, pull back a bit. We don't want to endanger the population with a gang war on the city.

-Mercenaries should guard Captain Al

Charter of the United Banana Workers of del Hacha

Article 1, each plantation, land owning commune, or village shall send a representative to the Council. Each neighborhood of a large village or a town shall send one representatives. Representatives shall have legislative power. They shall also have veto power with a minor majority or 2/3 votes from business commitee. The leader of the Council is the Chief Councilor, and has veto authority of council actions, as well as can work with another branch to veto another branch's actions. Chief is elected by representatives.

General Javier Lopez was once a close adviser and confidante of President Clarke, as the two had served in the army together. Over time, the two comrades grew distant, as General Lopez became disillusioned with his old friend's continued decadence and the corruption he bred on Lopez's beloved Isla del Hacha. Eventually, Lopez, under the pseudonym "Comrade Cid", released a scathing attack against Clarke, calling for the formation of a People's Republic on the archipelago. Even though the government couldn't prove that Lopez had written the treasonous pamphlets, suspicion was high enough to warrant Lopez's demotion to Major and re-assignment as official guard of the National Aviary Sanctuary, west of Uknem. Despite this, soldiers continued to stay loyal to Lopez, whom they nicknamed "El Pesado" for his sizable girth. From his place of exile, he now calls on all members of the Isla del Hacha proletariat to rise up against the illegitimate Clarke government and aid in the establishment of a new Communist People's Republic!
