My orders:

Spoiler :

* Focus around about to pressure small communities for a yearly payment for "protection", threatening to send Tanks if they refuse. My PR will of course cover it up and make it sound like they were threatening us, and we were only doing self-defence
*Try to rent out some guns from the USA to the current government.
*Encourage my mercs to fish on lesiure time, and promosing them a share of the money if they get the big one

EDIT: Curses! Two minutes late! If only I wasn't out for most of the night...

badunoff: your answer is in the update.

@heraclius: As I was going over the thread, I realized I missed your post changing your location. The result doesn't really change that much, but I will make sure your dot of a camp is relocated for the next update.

Sorry for missing orders. I have been cramming for a final exam for the past two days. I only just logged on to try and send them while I took a break in fact.

So buying farms and mines in the area did not succeed?

to the powerful ruler of the state Jules Clarke.
I am dr. Leon Sabar. I have to decided to begin my company in your country and I wish to buy right or farms and mines in your countries. A man of your power needs not to meddle with the running of farms and mines in your country when there is fighting going on. I will agree to pay 15% tax from all income I gain from the businesses you allow me to buy and handle.

Great update! Will stats be updated to reflect progress in between updates? I mean, you are updating stats right? Otherwise, it might be a problem to keep track of, this whole thing.

Also, can you speed things up with credits that aren't militaristic or structural?

Well that's dissappointing. The balloon meant to keep everything secret, only operating when the road was quiet. an where are the trucks? Not a single truck drove along my road?

Armani Cartel Orders:
-Test plant opium, cocoa, and marijuana plants and watch to see which yields the most crop and which will be the best for large scale production
-Contact foreign drug cartels and gangs with a business proposition of supplying them with our fresh produce
-Also contact other cartels that we will smuggle their goods through Namraw's port on their way to other regions of the world
-In order to gain capital begin some of the more simple businesses of organized crime: loansharking, copyright infringement (sell bootleg goods), illegal gambling, and racketeering
-Bust in a few local skulls to let people know who we are and how serious we are, at the same time bribe some officials to let them know that they can choose to play with us

Great first update EQ. However, with the money gained from robberies, I believe I should have 350 credits.

To Libaration Army

Lets cut a deal, you help defend us and we will provide extra credits. We both have the river for us, and I also have transports (trucks and PT boat.) Deal?

The Del Hacha Liberation Army is not in the practice of hiring out its valuable resources to act as bodyguards for other groups, especially ones affiliated with capitalist republicans. However, we never object to funds to assist the cause of the worker, so we are willing to talk with you privately.

Strelkov Corporations' orders

Spoiler :
Strelkov Corporations
Leader: Alexander Strelkov / badunoff
Class: Businessman
Credits: 200
Army: 125 mercenaries, 100 paramilitary, 20 trucks
Navy: none
Air Force: none
Structures: camp
Government: dictatorship

1. Attempt to get people (20 mercinaries who should apear as normal citizens rather than employees of the corporations) into the police department. They should try to be the ones to respond to calls made on the crimes committed below, and if possible without suspision, make it look as though the criminals had gotten away. If forced to make an arrest to keep cover, make it look like they were overpowered on the way to jail. If caught, they should after considerable resistance, say they are part of a gang known as the Brutes. They should also say that this gang is from Jasonville and that they are looking to expand.

2. Put 25 mercinaries (in plain cloths and concealed weapons) on the streets of Haserin, to scout out the cities defences. They are also responsible for going into local buisnesses and demanding protection money. If caught, they should after considerable resistance, say they are part of a gang known as the Brutes. They should also say that this gang is from Jasonville and that they are looking to expand.

3. Report 2 trucks stolen from the rental yard. Move these 2 trucks to the to the west side of the city. Some time later, loaded with 20 mercenaries, they should drive into the city as though they came from Jasonville. Stopping at the first bank, 2 mercenaries should climb out and cut the power, while 10 of them stick up the bank. Force the employees to step against the wall. 3 mercenaries go behind the counter and collect the money, while 7 others stand around looking menacing, and killing anyone who resists. The mercinaries left should should stand on either end of the street shooting at policemen if they come. Meanwhile, the people I have in the police should try to recieve the alarm from the bank and delay telling anybody for atleast 5 minutes. Then, they should delay the cops as much as possible without being to obvious(crash into somthing blocking the road, if nobody is looking, puncture some tires, get lost, ect.).
The robbers should escape towards Jasonville, but turn of and out of site of the road after a couple of miles. If caught, they should after considerable resistance, say they are part of a gang known as the Brutes. They should also say that this gang is from Jasonville and that they are looking to expand.

4. After the robbery takes place, and some buisnesses get trashed from the "protectors", the Strelkov Corporations should publicly offer to assist the police in patrolling the streets and keeping the peace, Say that we have better equipment and technology, and that we are willing to use it to help in the protection of this wonderful town. 35 paramillitary should now patrol the streets if the police agrees. If forced to deal with our own men, they should use blanks. If this happens, our "criminals" should drop the money they have taken, and run after a good "firefight". Then, our "peace-keepers" should return the money to the owner. In the case that any other criminals are aprehended, use real force.

5. Continue renting out the 18 trucks.

6. Open a bodygaurd firm. Offer services to local polititians and rich locals. This firm "employs" 65 maramillitaries.

Where is the United Banana Workers?

Also, maybe I should start at Morpork Should I start at Morport? EQ, can you give me a map of commercial farming areas?

Franco Santos, or La Flamme de Liberté (he preferred the French translatation), rode in the cabin of a truck. The Truck was quite average, execpt for the camo pattern, and the three paramilitary guards riding in the bed. It was driven by Colonel Nathan Smith II (Retired), the seventy-five year old military advisor and uncle of the man in the passenger's seat, who was still quite healthly (and very active) for his age. Uncle Nat or Col. Nat as the troops called him, kept a viligant watch in the jungles on either side of the road, always ready for the flight or fight of his life, in case of an ambush. He became distracted when on the perhiphery of his vision he noticed his nephew was pensive, more so than usual. He decided to investigate why, "Apparently we are capitalistic republicans, or so the rumors go, can you believe that? (He paused, with no result) I mean we've been under Clark for 16 damn years and the LA squables over a few ideological points, its just total bull****. Its not like we're capitalists either, or at least not all of us right?" He nephew finally looked at him and said, "It doesn't matter what I am, I won't reveal what I am along as I am chairman of this Alliance. I have to unify not divide, unlike you uncle, do you know how many investors are reluctant to invest because they think you, my chief of staff, are a communist sypathizer?"
The truck cabin fell silent, the only sounds were the revving of the engine, and the coughs of the guards in the truck bed. Franco finally said "Not that there is anything wrong with that. We are a diverse alliance of capitalist, socialists, communists and everything in between. I don't want to turn anyone way, but its not easy."
After another period of silence, Nathan said " We're here, lets get this over with, we have - more stops to go after this one."
Both men and their escorts exited the trucks and moved out.

President Javier Vasquez Stood outside the fort talking with some of his officers. They were returning after seeing about the local support. He was apparently barely listening as he was obviously planning something more important than hearing this report.

Jose Quionnes sat there watching the President of the PLM walk back to his command post with a light in his eyes that had not been there earlier in the day. Jose as the proper bodyguard simply followed where his President lead.

They walked over to the map setup and began to pour over it making changes all across the isles since the news came in. Apparently there were more groups fed up with the corrupt government than originally thought.

"Sir, are we going to go through with this?" Jose asked quietly when he saw exactly what the President was laying out as a plan.

"Yes, sadly it needs to be done."

When "begin Guerrilla Attacks" mean this:

The rogue paramilitary group known as the Republican Guard launched an all out attack on the peacekeeping soldiers of President Clarke!

Not sure that is what I had in mind.
