EU3IOT: The Golden Bull[GAME THREAD]

Hungary requests a royal marriage with Bosnia, the beautiful Olga of Gyor will be the wife of a nobleman of your choosing, and with this royal marriage we offer a military alliance.
Orders lock in 24 hours.
note that you may still post rp after orders lock.

Just checking, did you see my orders yet?

I don't see them, nope.

Trade + alliance to Hafsids and Ottomans (?) - free trade, but why does my COT zone only include 3 other nations?
Alliance to Jalayirids

2 gold - explore Medina area (which, by the way, I should know about because of it being a friggin' Holy City of Islam)
2 gold - explore some province south of me on the Red Sea (Djibouti?)
Expand influence on Cyprus - no idea how much this costs
Rest of money - trade

Expanding influence costs prestige, which nobody has any of atm.

And don't complain about the unrealistic hidden zones, I have over a hundred npc's to manage. :p

edit:
Alliance offers: Hafsids say yes, Ottomans say no.
Trade offers: They both say yes.

Don't mind the trade zones, there are no real trade zones atm due to nobody officially trading in them yet.
And by
Rest of money - trade
What do you mean? It doesn't cost that much to open shop in a COT.

Bosnia agrees and gives Mirko Kosača the chance to marry Olga of Gyor

Utrecht

1 gold towards trade activity in CoT that is active in Utrecht
1 gold to treasury (bank it)

France RP

La France était de retour. Pendant trop longtemps, ils avaient été ridicule. Appelé faibles. Insignifiant.

Spoiler English Translation :

France was back. For too long they had been laughed at. Called weak. Insignificant. Couldn't win any wars.

No longer.

They had begun 1356 by calling for able-bodied men to join the army, for the upcoming conflicts that were sure to happen. They had a Casus Belli with England of course. They had had that for centuries.

But not all was focused on the outward look of France. Much was done to build up the inside.

Il-de-France, the capital of France, had recently come out as a budding trade center, where merchants of all types would gather to sell their wares to the public and also to each other. They would then take these newly acquired goods and sell them all over the known world. With the heavy tax on all goods bought, France was able to make many francs from the proceeds. And the sales were so good, the merchants didn't mind the tax. The economy was certainly strong in France.

Not only that, but France had recently begun working towards a newer, more streamlined economy. This would enable traders of all sorts to work more efficiently together, for greater profits.

France was back.

Spoiler caveat lector :
I'm only in French II, so I used google translate for all of that. :p Still pretty cool though.

Nevermind

Verarde,... are you studying French?
I'll assume it was just a Google Translation because it's the worst written piece of French I've ever seen on some basic parts.

Check the caveat lector. I'm not fluent enough to write all that I wanted to write, but I could write some easier stuff..I think.

Yeah, sorry, I just startted to read and then I was puzzled to see quite severe mistakes and.. well, I didn't even read most of it. No offence, it's just that I was suddenly in a "Language Nazi mode"

Awfully sorry but the next few days are going to be a bit hectic for me so I wont be able to post anything much until around Tuesday if things go badly (And possibly longer if things go well). So could you make sure that nothing bad happens to my lovely little country this turn.

Calm down there, Philippe Pétain.

Pétain? Such a nefarious person is not worth to be compared to me, neither to you or even the most deplorable of CFCers. ;)

I would hardly call Petain a nazi, though he certainly could have done without surrendering France when he did. On the other hand, it saved a lot of French lives when the Third Republic was already basically defeated.

I know, I know, he's just a collaborator, but I couldn't think of any French Nazis off the top of my head, and when you need to have a Wiki Walk for a joke, then it's no longer a joke.

Declined by Pommerania. (For now)
