The shape is great. I only think there is way too much grassland. Especially in northern Russia. They will probably expand enormously. In 4000BC all of western Europe was woods. Ok, you can better not do that, but this is the opposite. And I don't see much of the coal and iron reserves in Germany (Alpes & Ruhrgebiet).

I especially like the Northsea. Really shallow as it really is.
