Evidence FOR Creationism

This and all of the other strange laws are the laws of Moses. Which if you read the entire bible, you will understand that believers in Christ are not under the law. If you are under the law, then you will be judged by it. Indeed, none of us would be found innocent. Which is the reason behind the Savior. He has paid our penalty and if we would just believe in Him, then we will not be judged by the law, but covered with His righteousness.

So if you accept the fact that some part of the Bible do not apply to you, why not Genesis ? Why must you believe in Genesis, when you yourself say other parts of the Bible can be discarded as having no hold upon you ?

it's interesting that noah saved the animals from the entire world, except the ones from places yet undiscovered by the people of that day. i don't think anyone ever wrote that noah went to the americas and australia, and what about those cute penguins at antarctica!

Yes, and you can believe in God, read the message of the Bible, while in the same time believe in evolution. The Bible can be interpretated as a set of metaphores, and then they do not necessarily contradict with other theories such as evolution.
For instance, you can consider Adam as the first man, 5000 years ago AND believe in evolution with man appearing from primates thousands of years before.

I think I quoted something similar to this earlier in this thread.

i said it didn't mention the unknown continents at all. and what about the plants? sure as hell would take a gigantic boat to save the damn big trees like cedar and oak

must be hard to return all the animals (and plants, if saved) to their right continents after the flood. noah must have been the most brilliant biologist who ever lived, knowing exactly which species came from where. and curing all the diseases caused by inbreeding. dayum!

By the way, my personal message to people who don't believe in God, you don't have more evidences He doesn't exist than creationists have proofs that the evolution is wrong. I think it would be better if everyone would simply respect people believing different than themselves, instead of trying to convince they are necessarily wrong.

my good marla, you've most likely heard this before. but it's not possible to prove something doesn't exist

to prove that creationism is true, one must prove god is real, as he is the central figure in creationism. it's really quite simple, but no one has mananged to do it in thousands of years of recorded history
