Exchanging Links?

How do I exchange links with CivFanatics? It doesn't say how on the "Links Exchange" page. Well, it tells you how to add CivFanatics, but I already have a link to it.

It might help if you told Thunderfall (the site admin and owner) what your site was about. As you can see he doesn't have many links to other sites up....
