Extraordinarily bad webpages

My coworkers are sharing these around the office. These could be the worst webpages ever, considering that they look like they're intended to be serious content.

Mild warning: The 2nd page has some boobies, and a tiny woman shaking her rear in the lower right corner. The webpage is so large that when you first load it, the lower right corner is totally invisible.

The 2nd page is most likely 5 years old since there's a little tiny date towards the middle in the top. The 1st page is current.

That's the actual official homepage of North Korea. Not horribly designed but it's no whitehouse.gov. Some 8th grader probably could've made it with Frontpage.

did you try the 2nd one? It's even worse, plus in another language, plus all the pics made my high-speed internet take 5 minutes to display the whole page!
seriously, they have like 150 pictures!

I think the Havenworks website was aiming to look like an actual newspaper.
