FA Consulate T4 D2- Babylonian Relations

We've finally met the last civ in the game and our DG arch nemesis, Babylon! However, it looks like they aren't going to be very helpful to us; they have 2 cities left! Apparently Japan has been ripping them apart, even capturing their capital! So what should we do? Embassy? MA to kill them off? Trade relations or give them the cold shoulder?

MA with Japan and finish them off, maybe send a galley with a unit or two just to make Japan happy. 2 cities left means they are useless to us, let's get what ever we can out of them. If we make and MA aganist them with Japan it will only make them happier with us.
