The current political situation with Korea. Apparently making a game about the Imjin War would cause too much tension and not worth the possible backlash.

I don't necessarily find it a good reason, but it's the only reason we have.

I can't see how the Imjin War is in any way comparable to the current situation, let alone how it could anger people.

EDIT: Looked up CA's claims- SEGA's still unfortunately the developer, the Koreans never forgave the Japanese for the whole colonization and brutal oppression thing within living memory, Japanese didn't exactly apologize, etc. What a shame.
