It is sweet and fitting that in these turbulent times, we have some sort of informal alliance. Thus Hyoln declares the Dualist Brotherhood, an alliance wherein all nations may work together to seek advancement of Dualist ideals.
We hereby invite all the Dualist countries of the world to join, including but not limited to: Guartal, Istarn, Butasif, Moldvi (this is mostly to cover my butt since I can't remember which nations are strong Dualist followers. Farow I trust you to handle the details. I just need to gauge response and I'll draw up some sort of contract or whatever later.)

We have negotiated a deal with Terra Trifluentia. In exchange for their withdrawal, you will come under our influence as a Protectorate. We will guarantee your independence as long as you respect religious freedoms. Of course you are still free to encourage Dualism; in fact we would implore you to do so.
Understand that this is a saving grace. Refuse and we shall have to let Terra Trifluentia devour your nation. Accept our help.

Moldvi and you are the only prominent ones. The northern nations you mentioned are not really Dualist but still pretty pagan in beliefs. Conversion could take place but it will probably have to be at the point of a sword.
Whereas your people are secular, our people are growing increasingly militant and religious.
