Well, if we restart should I use a new map or continue with this one? I could make a horrible natural disastor that destroys most civilizations as a restart. Like a meteor or something. That way the survivors of each nation can carry on the cultures everyone likes .

If not we can just use a new map completely. If anyone has some good maps they coud lend me that would be nice. I found some unused ones in the thread but I am unsure yet if I want to use them.

Continuing something on this map would be great.

Or start a New World area of the NES while continuing with the old one at the same time?

Sounds like a lot of work... it should probably be one or the other.

The most realistic collapse would be deforestation, -> erosion -> famine -> vulnerable state -> outside invasion -> destruction, as it's happened the most times in history.

That's worth considering for starting the game. It would simplify things a bit more.

Following the update, I estimate a 95% probability that either Taruq or Terra Trifluentia (or both) will no longer exist. So you probably want to wait and see.

I was thinking of doing this. I will post what I have of the update this Friday and then from there we can decide what to do. The update may be altered a little more to make civilization ripe for destruction.

I was thinking of making the "major empires" collapse simultanously through various means such as that of North King's suggestion or that of natural disasters.

oh goody, you plan to spoil all the fun. if the major empires collapse, I'm out. I'm NOT going to spend another Nth repairing the damages. It just started forming into a decent nation and exerting it's power, having spent the majority of the Nes building to that point.

if it won't collapse, meh, sure, I'm still in though, or if it just gose into Isolationist polocy and turns inward onto it'self. I was plaing to do that in a bit anyways.

If you do that, you'd better make sure Veneratio Atavorum and Terra Trifluentia are entirely wiped out, because as I've said in my various rants in orders, they're designed to ensure a united state. Terra Trifluentia won't collapse into multiple states short of the people being genocided or enslaved.



Honestly, I'd prefer you let us start new nations in another part of the world. That actually sounds fun (and hasn't been done before, unlike the rather lame BT-style "let's collapse all the major powers for no reason" thing).
