FarowNES02

Hmmm, actually reading through it appears that in some cases peope have gotten theirs added to their urban or their trade while apparently retaining the bonuses from the trade center itself (ex. Industria for JD, Waterside and Cascade for BJ) whereas a negative example would be my trade center of Ilion and Riverside for BJ.

I'm thorougly confused.

EDIT: @Wubba - Not that I'm the mod, but he let me do it, so I assume you can too.

EDIT2: Right, now that I've confused myself, I realize that Ilion is not an example, as my trade economy wasn't 2 last turn as I thought it was (checked my orders). As such, the last remaining truly confusing thing is Farow's statement, although that could be taken to mean that when it says "+1 Urban Economy, +1 CITY1 Industrial Center," it equals +2 urban. Apologies!

Ok, I said I would make them seperate but I really have not kept track of which is from trade and which is from actual economy so we will keep them together.

The economy is starting to get a little bit of a pain in the butt. I may just combine all of the stats into one to make things easier for me since I keep missing up economy :).

I will fix and edit stats in a little bit. I have homework to do.

I am most likely changing the rules so there are not so many numbers for me to keep track of in the economy stat.

I have confused myself as well. Don't worry everything will be fixed...

I will never use Hybrid rules again. Next time I coming up with my own.

can we invest multiple eco points into a project a time?
Yes you can, but I don't know if there is minimum time that must be spent also.

No, there isn't. I know from experience. :p

Will you loan me 10 EPs this next turn then?

You mean one number instead of three? If so, how would grow it?

It would be just one number. To grow it I have not decided yet but it would be like growing economy in other NESes. I may just drop economy centers actually since they are the root of the problem.

Either that or drop economy centers? Please tell me which one you prefer?

If you leave everything as it is, you can still have the centers on the map to show where the main places are, but incorporate them into the stats to have only one set of numbers.

EDIT: I would prefer this system, as it shows/allows diversity, but still shows where the important places are (which are already in the stats and therefore mainl aesthetic)

What is an economy center?

Farow, more than a couple examples I've seen have already been incorporated into their stats. In my opinion, the easiest thing would be to leave everyone's economy as is, unless there was an issue this turn that can be easily verified and fixed. From there, we can start the new system with minimal fuss.

That's why I don't use trade centers in JalNES. They get all mixed up with trade economy. Just use Rural/Urban/Trade, and have Cultural/Religious centers contribute to Urban economy.

I have made a descision. I am dropping economy centers. I know it keeps things more realistic if I were to keep them but the fact remains is that it will remain confusing for me and players. It will also save a lot of time when updating stats so economy centers are gone for simplicty.

Again what is an economy center? Is a TC an economy center?

Yes they are the same thing Birdjaguar.

Cities outlined in red.
So you'll fix the stats then?
