My favortie British monarch (if thats what he meant) was Henry, the cool one, with the number and stuff And Richard the Lionhearted cause he just sounds awesome.

MY favourite Monarch is Elizabeth I......sigh....what a great leader and queen and speechmaker. "I may have the body of a weak and feeble women, but I have the heart and stomach of a King! And a King of England too!" She is so inspirational, I read a biography on her and I have fallen in love with her.......

Elizabeth II. Would be Elizabeth I, but she was horrid (to put it lightly) to the Irish (which happens to be much of my ancestry). Could also be Victoria, except that a period in which people were so convinced legs made men turn into lust-driven animals that the table skirt was invented to cover table legs.
