I've been in doubt between England and Portugal, but I pick Portugal now. Partly since England looks like it won't need the vote anyway, partly because I enjoy their gameplay and like their UU a lot, partly because their diplomusics are awesome and Maria is cute, and partly because I've seen AI them go incredibly big when Spain collapses.
