PC stats are up, NPC stats are not. I'll get to them tonight. I'm sick of doing labeled maps, so I didn't do one. Use the old map for reference; Dalgan is the only new NPC and Rohirune the only new PC. Romallekan has been moved to NPC because I have yet to get a set of orders from Gladinia.
