It was with heavy heart that Musa noticed the reocurrence of the oppresive ways of Stalin. He really had hoped he had seen the last of them. He didn't want to resort to harsher methodes but he saw no other option.
But even though he didn't like it he knew he had to, it was his resposibility as chief. He felt he had the support of the villagers for harsher methodes against Stalin, mainly because word had reach his ears that some were organizing themselves to arrest Stalin.
It was time to legalize their plans.

2nd order: Musa Cälil legitimizes the initiative of Sonereal and sends his troops as support.

Can everyone please just help me arrest Stalin? Don't kill him (very good reasons why we can't kill him I will go into at a later date) but arrest him and put him under house arrest?

Actually, it's almost gotten to the point where nearly everyone should be posting "do something about the fire" and "do something about Stalin" as their two orders.
