No, you can't really use these flags. However, if you go into Cities.gif (IIRC) w/ a image-editing program you can tinker w/ the flags.

Great Thanks... anyone know of a good fantasy scenario that is based on the basics of D&D... all I see in the downloads is Fellowship of the Rings?? If I can find a scenario to build off of, I'll post a new scenario based on my D&D games
