The planet west of Earth has been taken now by the Cardassians so now we loose out on the special units to help us in our military adventures.
It appears the Cardassians are locked into a charter we cannot change so will have to put forth our charter elsewhere.
Upon inquiry with our science team I learn that we are building our advanced science facility in planet Libyan when it will yield us very little extra science at 49. After consulting we decide that it must be stopped and moved to Earth where we have near 152 science and with modifiers will jump to 304 rather than a measly 49.
Furthermore our science team insists we should be building a structure that offers advanced production in Libyan. (aka IW)
Stardate 1832.1
Our scientists finish the advanced weaponry platform known as RP06 and feel we should start on a new government tech to make our population happier.
Planet Earth has some unrest and begin a JT compiler to help that followed by the advanced science facility known as Delta quantum mechanics facility in our high science output planet. The JT compiler will be finished in 2 turns and we have engineers improving the production facilities on Earth.

Planet Yeka finishes Gren attacker and we start a constitution class warship.

Navigators report ship deployment throughout quadrant however I feel since we are not at constitution class we should bring these ships back to Earth territory for upgrades.

Gul asks I would like to ask the Federation to reconsider its charter and join in ours. How does that sound to you commander Cos? Several minutes of silence pass by. Cos looks at Gul du Khat and says that’s got to be the boldest request we have received yet. Of course not Gul what makes you think we are going to drop our charter with us for thousands of years. Gul abruptly turns the channel off. Cos looks and says under his breath “boy would I like to twist that guys neck”.

Our science team discovers a new government tech and revolts to emancipation to make our people happier. They recommend that we proceed to an advanced form of weaponry to compliment the RP06.

Not much to report only our infiltrators inform us that the Klingons are preparing for war.

Not much to report although if we could irrigate in Yeka we could build farms and work gold. (once we get biology we should build a farm there on cottage not worked and then work the gold)

We should consider retiring some of our NX class ships or upgrading them. Perhaps running science at 0% for a while might help but I think just retiring a few might be better. In addition our war efforts on the Romulans have been meaningless and once we discover new weapons platform (which isn't far off) and Earth is finished with Delta quantum mechanics can start building attackers.
Our infiltrators report that Romulans are heavily defended and we should start our attack on planet Kufah which is poorly defended.
No real opportunity for trading techs although Vulcans would for sci meth/RP for corporation which in my opinion wasn't worth it. All the others are too advanced for any trading.
No, I don't think its nanites. Nanites is that Wesley experiment. Its some biochemical compound wreaking havoc causing Enterprise to accelerate close to structural failure.
