Can you get warned for an objective statement that you can back with facts?
Yes. I quote here the forum rules and for each of them it isn't hard to find an example that is objective and able to be backed up with facts, yet still not allowed on CFC. Especially the bolded part should interest you since you sometimes seem to break the rules on those specific topics. Can you get warned for an objective statement that you can back with facts?

By getting a number of normal bans (thereby demonstrating that they are not modifying the behavior that gets them banned), or in certain cases of extreme issues.I was on the CFC Wiki, and I saw that some users were permabanned. How badly does a person have to act to get such punishment?
How many bans is that?
Case by case basis. People are told. How many bans is that?
I've never been banned, although I do somehow seem to have a tendency to get one more infraction as soon as the last one expires. I'm not an any risk, am I?![]()
(if I get into a fight, it's all over for me.)
Do what I do, if someone posts something that angers me, just get up and walk away from the computer for a while. Don't post while your mad. Wait until you've calmed down and can either answer it calmly, or your able to just ignore it and move on. If it still bothers you than hit the report post button. Even as a moderator, I'll often report a post that I'm angry with, so another neutral mod can look at it.![]()

I know it's against the rules to talk about no-cd cracks, but can you get banned just for having one? I do (I don't want to have to carry the disk around with my laptop) but I'll never talk about actually getting one.
Don't hurt me...
