I figured it was AI and not a true barbarian (are there any barbarian ships other than Galleys?), but I had heard some say that AIs never built Privateers. This is the first time I've caught one on film, anyway.

I think he's referring to the fact that the little symbol at the top left of the diplo window isn't a Jewish star... or (as a more ironic name) Star of David.

Well, since you ask that...I "got" your screenshot, and there was a clue from your comment "wrong religion," however, there are plenty of shots I've seen in this thread, including lately, that seem pretty obscure to me, and that have contained no commentary/hints whatsoever. So maybe this is for other people more than for you, but: in my opinion it doesn't hurt to give us some clue of what to look for, if you think it might be less than totally obvious.

The first one's just weird.
This may be nothing new to others, but I was amused to see this worker waving what I thought was a rake in the air. I just realized it's the combination rake/pickax that others have pointed out in other screenies.
He was building a farm, but there was a forest on the tile. Maybe the game decided to compromise between a "chopping" and a "raking" animation? But it looked more like he was some sort of shaman waving a staff--"Trees, begone!"
For an encore, the worker proceeded to "rake" at about waist level after finishing the farm:
And, after the end of my last game, I found in WB that the barbs had decided that NO ONE was going to have this precious isolated, ice, horse, whale city site at an end of the continent:
