Ahh I see You've noticed In VIP mod You can build camps/pastures/plantations/quarrys etc. without any resource in the tile and You have a random chance of random corresponding resource spawning there - just like with mines in vanilla CIV - it leads to some weird resources in unusuall places for example it could have been aligators there spawning hehe

They give a bonus for espionage. Surprisingly few people know this, but alligators make excellent informants because (as their name suggests) they're forever making alligations.

This dude, which turns out to be Shaka's bro, is rather pathetic. Each time, the turn after the war, he begs for some stuff. Serious, again, he begged the turn after the peace treaty signed. At least, Shaka isn't crawling in front of me and has some dignity.
(BTW, I admit the poor guy suffered a lot from my worker stealing experiments. He lost seven of his workers. K-mod is in the end not as scary as said).
